After only five years in business, Mobility Massage has accumulated over 1000 clients and maintains a 95 percent retention level. We have been awarded Best Massage Business by London’s Community Votes three years running and also the cities Top Choice Massage Clinic of 2022.
Our passion for what we do has led to this explosive growth and we are looking for some equally customer-driven and dependable Practitioners or RMTS to share in our success and further build the business.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
-Possess liability Insurance
-Be a motivated, flexible and a collaborative team player who takes initiative in building themselves at the business
-Be Fully Registered and members in good standing at the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
-Be Able to identify client treatment needs and goals (ie. painful ailment, decompress tired and overworked muscles, reduce stress, rehabilitate sports injuries or simply massage to promote general health).
-Maintain accurate case records
-Develop and deliver case appropriate treatments
-Possess excellent communication skills with team members
-Have a strong ability to connect and build rapport with clients
-Adopt and model our company philosophy
-Maintain a passion for their job and for the well-being of clients
Candidates can be experienced Therapists (with existing, but not saturated case loads) or new graduates working part-time or full time.
In return, the successful individuals will receive a very competitive commission split for the services they provide, a steady new customer stream and a highly professional, flexible team spirited working environment.
Annual profit sharing (commensurate with their contribution to the success of the business will also be considered.
